Students enrolled in grades 6-12 at Agra, Billings, Blackwell, Carney, Cushing, Guthrie, Morrison, or Ripley public schools who are first-generation college students (parents didn’t receive a bachelor’s degree) or whose income does not exceed established U.S. Dept. of Education guidelines may apply to participate.

This information can be found on the following tax forms: Form 1040 (line 43), Form 1040A (line 27), Form 1040EZ (line 6).
